2. Purpose of the website
This website presents the live music experiences created by Debizet, lets visitors request a proposal for private events and sells tickets for the events Debizet organises.
Ticket purchases are also governed by the Terms of sale, and the processing of personal data by the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
3. Terms of use
Access to the website is free. By using it you agree to do so lawfully and in good faith, and in particular not to:
- use the site or its forms for fraudulent purposes, or to send content that is unlawful, offensive or that infringes the rights of third parties;
- introduce viruses or any code that may damage or overload the site, or access it by automated means that disrupt its normal operation;
- try to access restricted areas, such as the administration panel, without authorisation;
- provide false information or impersonate other people when making a request or a purchase.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, photographs, videos, audio recordings, logos, the monogram, the DEBIZET brand and the names of its formats (such as The Piano Experience, The Opera Experience, Debizet Strings, Two Tails and Lux Noctis), as well as the design and source code of the site, belong to the owner or to third parties who have authorised their use.
Any reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of these contents without express authorisation is prohibited, except for private use or where the law allows it. Sharing links to the website or to event pages is, of course, welcome.
5. Liability
We work to keep the website available and its information accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that there will be no errors. Event information (programme, performers, times, menu) may change; the details that apply to your purchase are those set out in your confirmation email and in the Terms of sale.
The website contains links to third-party services, such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps and Stripe’s payment page. We are not responsible for their content or for how they operate. If we become aware that a link leads to unlawful content, we will remove it promptly.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute will be heard by the courts of your place of residence. In any other case, the parties submit to the courts of Ibiza.
