Private performances (weddings, private celebrations, corporate events…) are not governed by these terms but by the proposal and conditions agreed in each case.
2. Acceptance
Before paying you must read and accept these terms by ticking the box on the purchase page. They are available in Spanish and English; if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails. You can save or print this page, and the confirmation email includes a link to it.
3. How to buy
- Choose the event, the number of tickets and, if the evening includes dinner, the menu for each guest.
- Enter your details. You can review and correct them at any time before clicking “Go to secure payment”, and you will see the total amount again on Stripe’s page before confirming.
- Your seats are held for 30 minutes while you pay. If the payment is not completed within that time, they are released and nothing is charged.
- The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. At that moment we send you a confirmation email, which is your ticket.
We keep a record of every order. It is not publicly accessible, but you can ask us for a copy at any time.
4. Prices and booking fee
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Where there is a booking fee, it is charged per ticket and shown separately before payment, both on the purchase page and on Stripe’s page. No other charges are added.
5. Payment
Payment is made by card or any other method offered by Stripe, our payment provider, on its secure page. The amount is charged at the time of purchase. Debizet never sees or stores your card details.
6. Delivery of the ticket
The ticket is sent by email to the address you provide, as soon as the payment is confirmed. There is no need to print anything: on the day, just give your name or your order reference at the door. If the email has not arrived within ten minutes, check your spam folder and, if it is not there, write to joan@debizet.es with your reference.
7. No right of withdrawal
Tickets are leisure services for a specific date. Under article 103.l of Spanish consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), they do not carry the 14-day right of withdrawal. Once bought, the price is not refunded for a change of mind or because you cannot attend, except in the cases described in section 9.
8. If you cannot attend
You may transfer your ticket to someone else. Write to us before the day of the event with your reference and the name of the new guest (and, if applicable, their menu choice and allergies), and we will update the order.
9. Cancellations, postponements and changes
- If we cancel the event, we will refund the full amount, including the booking fee, to the same payment method within 14 days at most.
- If we postpone it, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend on the new date, you may request a full refund within 14 days of our announcement.
- Weather and outdoor venues. Many of our events take place outdoors. If the weather makes an event unsafe or unviable, we may change the time, move it to a nearby alternative venue of similar character, or postpone it. If the change is substantial (a different day, or a significantly different venue) and you cannot or do not want to attend, we will refund your ticket.
- Programme and performers. If a performer cannot take part for reasons beyond our control (illness, force majeure), we will try to replace them with someone of equivalent standing. Minor changes to the programme do not give rise to a refund unless they substantially alter the event.
We will inform you of any change at the email address or phone number you provided when buying. We are not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs you may have incurred, except where the law provides otherwise.
10. Menu, allergies and intolerances
If you tell us about allergies or intolerances when buying, we pass the information on to the kitchen team, which will adapt the menu wherever possible. Dishes are prepared in kitchens that handle allergens, so the complete absence of traces cannot be guaranteed. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before buying. The menu may change for supply reasons, in which case dishes will be replaced by equivalent ones.
11. Access and conduct at the event
- Please arrive in good time. Once the performance has started, we may ask you to wait for a suitable pause before taking your seat, so as not to interrupt it. Time missed through late arrival is not refunded.
- Unless the event page says otherwise, minors must be accompanied by an adult. Alcohol is not served to anyone under 18.
- We may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone who disrupts the event, endangers the safety of others or breaks the rules of the venue, without a refund.
- You are welcome to take photos for personal use. Recording the full performance or using recordings for commercial purposes is not permitted.
- Photos or video may be taken at the event, as explained in the Privacy policy.
12. Resale
Tickets are for personal use. Commercial resale is not permitted.
13. Customer service and complaints
For any question or complaint, write to joan@debizet.es. We will reply as soon as possible and, in any case, within the legal deadlines. Official complaint forms are available on request. As a consumer, you may also contact the consumer affairs authorities of the Government of the Balearic Islands.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute will be heard by the courts of your place of residence.
